Terms and Conditions:
1. We provide you with a full tank of fuel upon rental.
If you elect to return the vehicle with less than a full tank, a charge of
If customer elects to return the vehicle with less fuel than rental, a refueling Service Charge of $18.00 us for each 1/4 tank under FULL, will be made. Credit Card customer authorizes lessor to process a Credit Card Voucher (if applicable) in customer's name for charges and consents to the reservation of credit with the card issuer, for an amount equal to estimated charges due.

2. Vehicle shall not be operated by any person excpet the customer and the following authorised operators who must be validly licensed to drive. Drivers under 25 years or having less than 3 years Driving Experience are unacceptable.
All drivers must have an Antiguan Drivers License or temporary Driver's Permit and approved by the conditions shown on this page.

3. One-time fee of $20 us is charged for a Local Antiguan Driver's License (valid for 3 months).

4. Customer is liable for all parking and driving violations and must remit payment directly to proper authorities.

5. Customer must report all accidents, notify local police authorities and complete an accident report form with Car Rentor.

6. Damage or punctured tires are customer's responsibility and are not covered by CDW.
